Above is a method for storing indicator data that includes disaggregates. Can look at the data sheet to see how to manage the data across years and disaggregates but can be queried for dashboards and imported into Tableau among other things.

The biggest issues I have seen when incorporating data science into international development are (IMHO.....)
Leadership - Leadership that understands and is supportive of optimizing data for decision-making
Data/Computer Literacy - Performing routine computer-based tasks using data in a consistent and thoughtful way across teams/groups
Clear Questions/Hypothesis - Clear business questions that are linked to known indicators
If these things aren't robust my usual plan of action is to build capacity in these areas along with performing data analysis and/or producing visualizations.
